Unhappy Belt and AC problem...need help!!!

OK...here is the story. I went down to LA over the weekend and park my car in long term parking in SFO. When I returned and started my G as usual (G35 03 first gen 4 doors with sport), and there was a very loud belt noise coming under the hood!!! It happened 10K mile before, and once I replaced all the driving belt and AC belt, all the noise gone. I was thinking, probably it will go away after the car get warm up (since it was the case before). But... it get better, but not going away. I tried to turn off the AC and see if the noise goes away - nope, still there. While I was driving a 'crying' car, I realize one thing - I lost AC!!! There was no air conditioning!!! The AC light was still on, the fan was blowing - but there was no AC! That's begin to worry me - I have 60K now; and try to replace a compressor isn't cheap! I was like..****..... so I turn off the AC before I make the situation worse, and just driving home. Right before I reach home, I turn on the AC and see what's happening - the AC is working again - of case, the belt noise is still there....

So, my guess is the AC compressor is still work (crossing my fingers), and the belt is 'loss' somehow. what you guys think? Also, should I go back to the dealership to get it fix? It going to be expensive... and I need new brake pad and 60k service too... man... it won't be pretty on my bill... please help with suggestion! Thanks ahead!
