What mileage did you change your spark plugs?

So the dealer says the OEM plugs should last you up to some 100k miles or so, and I'm used to having them done about every 30k or so. I'm approaching 60k on the original plugs, and I'm thinking I should change them soon. What mileage did you guys change them at and did it do anything for you as far as performance/idle/anything worth mentioning?
