Well the thing is you don't have to "build" the 2jz at all. Unless you are going over some insane hp number. ie... 700hp or so.
How much power below 6k rpm would a 700-800hp VQ35 have? Maybe a bit more because of the .5 liter more in cubic inches but probably not much more.
