P0102 is a MAF Sensor error. You can read more about it in the Service Manual if you have one for your car.

Sounds like you got water on your MAF sensor and your car went into limp mode. There are lots of ways to fix it, but the easiest way might be to just leave the battery terminal off overnight.

+1 - MAF Sensor. 3 Possible causes - Harness connector, Intake air leaks and MAF sensor. If it happened immediately after you washed your car, my bet is on water - either went into the intake and got the MAF wet (unlikley) or the connector got wet and shorted out. disconnect your MAF sensor and spray some WD 40 in the connectors, then wipe off what you can and reconnect. It's not a big deal if you don't get all the WD 40 off because it will not cause a short.

Other things to check - Air duct, vacuum hoses, retighten ground screws.
