There is a great article in spring 2006 issue of SportZ magazine that has in depth data from a plenum/spacer shootout... APS was invited to provide their plenum to be tested but drug their feet and did not get their product delivered in time for the testing... I can tell you this much; I saw what they finally provided (too late) and it looked gnarly (not in a good way) - possibly it was a reject that they wouldn’t normally sell?

Anyway, if you go to NissanSport Magazines website you can purchase back issues of SportZ mag... the one I'm referencing is Spring 2006, Volume 6, Issue 2 - I spoke to DaveO and he mentioned a package of back issues (4 or 5) that include a bunch of G35 specific articles.

I believe a future issue of Nissan Port might include plenum spacer and after market plenum test results as well...

I use MD ˝” spacer. If that tells you anything. 5/16” would be a fine choice too.

Piece of cake to uninstall.

I don't know how much it will help, but if you have any questions during the uninstall you can give me a call. (661) 993-5111

You will still need stock bolts to put your 04 back to stock. It may be best to put both of your cars along side eachother and do both at the same time.

EDIT: Since your 06 is a REVUP, you should put a MREV2 in it. It will make some serious gains.

I think there was a GB or special pricing on MD parts... check the Vendor Specials and Group Buy sections...

For the price, I'd run the 3/8" spacer available from the Z forums. It "should" work with the MREV also. Since the 5/16" and 1/2" versions work also.
