Broken Fuel Damper?

Ok, I brought my car into the dealership to get it serviced yesterday and I was wondering if any of you all had problems with your fuel damper not doing its job as well? A while back I posted on g35 forums about a problem with my engine and how it sounded. It sounded like a blown rod but much more subtle and it wasnt so much a dinging or clanking sound, but a light thumping sound with the rev's of the engine. Tech's at Infiniti told me it was a broken Fuel Damper and that it was fairly common in the 03 g35 coupes. Was just wondering if any of you have had the same problem and if you do, this would be the problem. It's about $250 to repair and free if the G is still under warrantee. Just though id give a heads up to my fellow G owners.

Should be fixed for free due to the TSB. I had mine replaced.
