am confused guys .. need help

hi guys ..

am confused in two things ..

, i have a 2003 auto G35 coupe..
my engine blew...
the reason was one of the Connecting Rods was broken !!!!!

when i go to the mechanic guy , he told me "i must change the rod "
and everything will be fine and this will cost me maybe 1000$

but, am planing to buy a new preformance pistons , preformance rods !!!!
like :
1- Brian Crower Connecting Rods
2- CP Forged Stock Bore Pistons Oversize +5mm (96mm) Bore - 11.0 CR

.. and this will cost me maybe mm $2800
so what do you think ... for daily use drive, by the way i do not want te get turbo or supercharge ,, just wanna some HP in NA ...
and maybe nitrous

so what do you think .. ???

Yes zero, they're only installed to handle forced induction/combustion

unless the piston is higher compression, you will not gain anything

higher compression pistons will increase power..but if your running the same afr it rly wont make a big difference. especially if your valves and cams are stock.
and if your gonna use nos..go direct port injection
