Consult II alternate

Is there an aftermarket equivalent to the Consult II tool?

This claims to be equivalent
http://www.alteredatmosphere.com/mm5...tegory_Code=FX

But I was wondeirng if anyone had any experience with it. I know that you need the Consult II to program additional keys. Will the above tool be able to do that? I didn't see it listed in the functions, but if it does everything Consult II does like it claims, then I think it would be able to.

Looks interesting! It doesn't claim to have all the functions of the Consult II, but it seems to cover all or most of the important ones for a good price.
