Which Stroker?
350 N/A is a lofty goal and an expensive proposition... but I commend you for considering it! big power via FI is very easy - decent power N/A is a real challenge... I'm either an idiot or like a challenge (or both) 'cause I'm researching ways to get decent N/A power too...
The field is much smaller so having the fastest N/A is more obtainable... fastest FI is impossible...
Besides, I've been saying for the past 2-3 yrs that There will be turbo G (even before the GTR was mentioned coming to the states)... So I'm kinda waiting for OEM FI.
Anyway – on topic of the original post – ttrank is right GTM has a very good reputation and a bunch of motors on hand (I was there a couple weeks ago and it’s impressive) – they are in Rancho Cucamonga, CA (Riverside area)… also Forged Performance is very reputable!
BC obviously has a good rep too – I would research what GTM can do… I’m starting a little simpler – cams & headers with full bolts-ons & tune (cheaper initially, but I think it’s going to be more costly in the long run) – If you have the funds, full build is the way to go.

I've always been impressed with highly tuned NA builds and gets very excited with the high revving capability, there is nothing like going into that range of rpm and listen to the engine roar.
this is what i hope mine would sound like. Not so much the idle though...

That should be a fun car to drive.
