I was considering the kinetix ssv at one point too but after reading the reviews I decided not to get it. As far as an NA setup a lot of people say the ssv actually causes power loss. My guess is the reasoning for that is because it causes the engine to run too lean and I feel that you would see gains with it after tuning but thats just my opinion. I think the MD spacer is the best way to go because there are a lot of dyno tests and positive reviews to prove its performance. Not to mention its a lot cheaper. Also if you decide to go with the ssv manifold there is a huge backorder so you wont be getting it anytime soon.

Don't waste your time and money on a 5\16 spacer when you can get a 1\2 or 5\8... The 5\8 is the real deal as long as you can live without the plastic engine cover, I surely don't miss it!

good to know, i appreciate the response. but how about the regular kinetix plenum. the one thats like $300 or so.

At what RPM do you typically do a spirited drive at?

If you typically let it shift at redline get the 1/2".

If you typically don't shift at redline get the 5/16".
