Timing chain tensioner guides

Anybody know where to get either just the tensioner guides or if needed the entire tensioner. Talking about the two tensioners between the two cam gears on each side. Do they normally break when taking the timing chain off they seem so cheap and crappy.

This brings back nightmares of what happened to my 240SX.

Plastic timing chain tensioners wore out, causing the chain to swing wildly and eat through its housing. Ended up putting a rod through the engine block.

Be careful on this one.

It was caused by using an impact to get the cam gears off apparently it rattles the chain too much for the brittle POS guides.
