For all you HKS exhaust owners for the coupe...

Just to really confirm, because the guy who's selling me the exhaust claims HKS only makes 1 type of hiper and the G35 gets extensions. That's not true, right? The G35 model doesn't need extensions, because the piping is long enough, correct? And the tips have holes in different placements.

from what i know, it does NOT need extensions...

agreed... they make a shorter one for the z and a longer one for the G that does NOT have extension pieces.

hes selling either a fake or one for the 350z... although to my knowledge hks doesnt make extension pieces!

extensions are only needed for the 350Z HKS or the XO2, since the XO2 was only made for the Z

Cool HKS Exhaust

Mine doesn't have an extension. Each is made specifically for one car or the other. Go to any website that sells the HKS Exhaust and you should see 2 different part #'s for the Z and the G.
