Need some suggestions, Thanks a lot!

I just got a 2003 G35 Coupe A/T w/ 76k miles. I am not sure if the older owner has already done the 60k maintenance or not, probably not. I am planning to do that. Basically, the following is the list in my mind.

1) Change the engine oil and oil filter w/ mobil 1 oil and filter

2) Change the transmission fluid w/ Nissan Matic J fluid. Should I ask the dealer to do a fully flush or just DIY drain and refill? If the latter, how many qts do I need?

3) Change the engine coolant w/ Nissan Coolant. Same question, should I do a fully flush or just drain or refill the radiator?

4) Replace the drive belt. Is it necessary? If yes, which drive belt you will suggest?

5) Change In-cabin microfilter

6) The old owner put in injen air intake, so I don't need to replace the air filter, do I? Actually, I didn't see the air filter house...

7) Old owner just replaced the front rotors and pads. I will replace the rear pads w/ Hawk and resurface rotors.

Is there anything I need to do?

Thanks a lot, guys.
