G Won't Start - - Please Help

I have a 2006 G35 Coupe. It was a theft recovery car that i built for my wife...aparantly who ever stole the car took the small fuse block cover off of the cowl leaving the fuse block exposed. I realized it was missing a few months ago when i was washing the car and the headlights began to strobe on their own. I meant to find a new one and get it put on right away, but it hadn't really caused a problem in several months so i kind of forgot about it.

I took the car for another wash (BTW there had been several washes between the one where i realized the cover was missing and this one with no problem) drove the car home with no problems what-so-ever, and the next morning i came out and it will only crank, try to fire, and die. I let it sit for a week now to try and make sure it was perfectly dry and still nothing.

I am getting a high pitched ringing noise from a module on the intake. I would imagine that this is probably what is preventing the car from starting. I'm not even sure what to call it. It has cooling fins on it and sits right at the front of the intake manifold.

Any help would be greatly appreciated....This thing has me stressed out and missing my car very much!

No codes. I have checked fuses and the connectionto them. There is gas. It does crank but i have to use the starter box because it seams that the hi pitch noise is draining the battery.

That is the electronic drive by wire with tps sensor built in that is a part of the throttle body assembly.

When yours went out did it prevent the car from starting?
