The name of the game is to do mod's that keep what you have, mods that don't kill off the low end. Most dyno's can't read below 2.5K I've been told, something to keep in mind.

The max flow into cylinders occur at torque peak rpm by definition. Almost nothing becomes a measurable restriction till you approach 3500 rpm.

Positive displacement superchargers [roots/eaton type] can help low rpms. Nitrous can be engaged at 2500 rpm if a light amount is used.

Kind of like a see saw with 3,300 rpm being the pivot point.
