High Idle, VDC, SLIP, SES light on.

Okay so after some spirted driving the other week my car died on the side of the highway with the slip, vdc, and ses light on. Once i got it home i tried starting the car but the throttle body was making a weird clicking noise, found one online, and replaced it. Now the car is starting properly but the slip, vdc, and ses lights are still on and not letting me accelerate..

I'm guessing i just need to reset the ECU, but i have tried that method but i cant seem to get the timing right..so im guessing i will just unplug my car..

Anyone know whether it is 12 hours or 24 hours it needs to be unplugged for?

thanks in advance.

-vick.

I don't even think it needs to be that long. 12 hours should definitely do the trick. Did you throw a check engine light too?
