New Long Block Consuming oil too

Has anyone had an issue where 2 engines have consumed oil (the factory and replacement long block)? I know this is probably a rare occurance and lucky me for having it but if anyone else has had this issue please reply. My guess is they would replace the engine again and if that one consumes oil then I would need to pursue the lemon law.

I had a new engine (long block) replaced in my '06 couple due to oil consumption in January when the car had 23k. After another oil consumption test on the engine yesterday, the engine is again consuming oil, low 1 qt after 1000 miles. The car is at the dealership and they are running additional test on it.

Yep i read about this all over the internet, it is why i opted for the 08 instead of a used coupe... many people have needed a second engine (some even had a third installed)
