2) "Double clutching"? Who are you, Vin Diesel? (Sorry, couldn't help myself...) Seriously, you don't need to double clutch your car, you have a synchronized transmission (as with pretty much ALL cars nowadays) and dropping your gears to reduce your speed only increases engine/transmission wear because you putting an unnecessary load on the engine. You should only do this if you are speeding and your radar goes off at night and you need to brake relatively quickly, and don't want the cop to see you brake. lol.
It's much easier and less expensive to replace brake pads as opposed to replacing your clutch/transmission.
3) Not 100% certain, but I believe per the Nissan manual, for your G35, you should be driving varying speeds but keep your RPMs below 4000 for the first 1200 miles.
