Weird metal? sound from car

This happened to me on several occasions. Before, i didnt remember the exact situation but the last 2 times it happened the engine was already warm.

I was parked and the car was warm. I reverse out of the parking spot and then put in to D and shortly after when i press the pedal hard upto like 4k rpm to get in the road, the engine starts to make the normal beastly noise, instead of a flatulence sound i get more of a metallic scraping sound and then once i let off the pedal and step on it again its back to normal.

I only recently started to bring the car to 4k rpm + cause it was being broken in.

Its a 2008 g35x currently at 1900 KM ish
what should i do?
Is it my driving? I'm not allowed to go to 4k rpm right away even though the engine was already warm?

And also when i first bought the car, when i park it in the garage, i noticed rubbery smell. (since its a new car i thought its a "new" smell) The smell would even come into my house like 3-5meters into the door way.lol and now its doesnt smell but sometimes when i drive it hard, i can still get a scent of it when i get out of the car.

I bought this car new bought it had 100KM on it... i thoght i was fairly high for a new car but its a lease and it was the only 1 available with teh option/color i wnated.

thnx for long read... feed back plz
