Engine noise from interior - bad fuel pulse dampener?

I don't know why my car has so many problems.

Help me out with this one again guys. From my research, I'm guessing that it is a bad fuel pulse dampener, but again, I'm not sure.

I recorded the sound I hear when driving/sitting in the car with the engine on. From the recording, it sounds like some type of massager or shiatsu massager, and that is pretty much what it sounds like. It is loud and annoying. Is this noise directly the fault of a bad fuel pulse dampener?

Like I mentioned in a previous post, the sound follows the engine rpm, from a stop, if I apply gas that sound will "climb" just as the engine rpm does.

100% fuel dampener. The 03s are BAD about doing that. I worked at an Infiniti dealer for 5 years, we saw it all the time.

Thank god for replying. I truly appreciate your input, especially the fact that you worked with these cars from a dealership. Whenever I get a chance to replace I will post an update so future members will have the same info.

Bingo.

I finally got it replaced and its exactly what RobbieG35 said. No sound now. This should be stickied or something.

Now I wish the other things would stop breaking on this car!

I have that same fuel rail damper noise in my 2015 qx60. I was wondering if I can just drive it that way and not worry about hurting anything?
