You might have blown a seal or have a minor leak from a gasket that gets bigger when the car heats up. Concerning warranty if your over on the years like lets say 4 yrs or 60k then your still over the warranty even if the miles are not up there.

i had my mechanic check for any leaks and he didn't find anything. My warranty finished in feb of 08 but im still good for the powertrain warranty.

I have an appointment with dealer on monday. Im taking the test pipes off this weekend. Should i also remove the plenum spacer?

they prob dont know, cant tell that the spacer is there but if you want go for it def do it b4 they replace the motor tough "if".

I can tell even with an engine cover on if someone has a spacer... I'd take it off bro only takes 45 min or less and u can do it on your own.

Update: Dealer did the oil change today and told me to come back in 1500 miles.
