Jeff (PlatG) is the host of the pic. He has to do the resizing on his end. Should be taken care of any minute now... Anything else I can do for you Dennis?

very informative... Neff.

With your current mods I am interested to see if you are running lean or not. I have been told that the mass airflow censor should correct any issues with the air to fuel ratio. Whats your take on this?

my car was making about 195 HP at 4.5K, and 210HP at 5K, but from 5K all the way to 6K it only gained 10 HP.

interesting...very interesting...are u sure u drove the Gcoupe that day???
the 210 @ 5k matches my run but 195 @ 4.5k is almost 10higher than me then the 220 @ 6k is almost 10 lower....that doesnt seem like a variance of 2 different cars...its a totally different curve all together...all i can say is interesting...very interesting

thanks for the info that cant be explained

Sac22223,

I too am interested in finding out this info. If the wideband sniffer had not had a broken part I would have had an a/f curve with all of my runs. I still have to call the shop and try to squeeze out a free set of runs for me with the a/f ratio. Plus I'm putting together a group buy on the Fujitsubo Exhausts. I'd like to install the exhaust and the JIC Y-Pipe and head back for some free runs. If (or when) this happens I'll report back with the results.

As far as the MAF Sensor, I'm a little unsure... The JWT Popcharger "might" cause the air to flow more turbulantly across the MAF Sensor and "might" be the sole cause of it running too lean. I'm thinking that I will install the full exhaust, do a dyno run or two with wide band and see if I'm running too lean. If I am I will remove the JWT P/C, reinstall the stock air box with the Z-Tube, and do another run or two with wide band hook up to see if I have still have any lean condition problems. If problems still exist, after trying both set ups, I'll be calling Technosquare to get their 2004 ECU reflash, but one thing at a time for now.

Neff,
Technosquare told me to check back with them in mid June for the 2004.5 ECU. They said it's in Japan right now being "decoded". How's the Fuji group buy coming? I'm in on that if you can get it under a grand for y pipe and exhaust.

Neff, please remove that dyno pic in your first post, or resize it to fit.

Max width is like 620 pixels.

are u happy now Dennis??
I created all the pics at 800pixels wide. I hope its still not too wide for u...if it is then change ur screen resolution

Yeah, dabomb, I'm confused about my car. To confuse things even more, it had 228 ft lbs of torque. Basically the top end sucks. But it sure was the G coupe. It was even the same color as the one with 236 HP from z-tube and popcharger.

Re: Central FL dyno day results are in!

yeah...seems like something is wrong above 5.5k cause the 228torque is right on the money as what it should be.

Re: Central FL dyno day results are in!

I stand corrected. SAE correction factor does take into account temperature. Oh well. Guess i don't have as hp as I thought. Imagine that. Look forward to seeing everyone again.
