Props for Grubbs...

Hey everyone. Just thought I'd share a very positive experience with you all. I finally got off my tush and order a pop charger from Grubbs. It got here yesterday, and they sent the wrong heat shield. I called John, and he not only said that he'd fix the problem, but he's sending the UPS guy to my house to pick it up at no charge. He's also sending the new heat shield out today instead of waiting until he gets the old one. I've dealt with plenty of crappy merchants since I've got my G, and it's nice to see that there are some people who know how to conduct business. Just thought I'd let you all know.

It's not the size of your engine.. it's how you use it!

That happened to me as well. I got sent the sedan splash guards instead of the coupe. He said he would send it out the same day. He was nice, but BSing me. He send it out a week later because he didn't have them in stock, although he said he did. Nice guy, but he should have told me the truth from the beginning.
