Props to Jason and all others involved for putting this together! I only stayed for the meet, but it was great meeting some fellow G and 240 folks. The food was good too I was kinda disappointed that Z's and G's had to be separated, but I guess it was meant for organization. Not sure why my pictures came out so bright, but here they are:

I have to agree, I was more than impressed with how many sponsor companies were present. Great organizing, Jason, Ed and whom ever else I may be forgetting. The only thing I can suggest is to some how try to make it a little more intimate as in the last few meetings. There seemed to have been too many things going on, and being our G's were parked in the far back away from all the activity, people were scattered everywhere. I liked how the previous meets forced us to interact a little more. For some reason, I presonally felt as though we just met in a parking lot, that happened to be where a Nissan meet was being held, then just went for a drive. Ed, please don't take this as an attack on you or anyone involved personally. I am just voicing my opinion. I will be willing to help as much as my schedule will allow to make future meets a little more interactive. Don't get me wrong, I did enjoy the day, and trully am impressed with the sponsor turn out. I thank you all again for your efforts and hard work for getting this to the level it was at today. I'll be thinking of some way to somehow combine the two, large venue plus interactive setting.

I had a great time today and met some cool people. It kinda sucked when all the G's left for the cruise (I stayed behind) and didn't return. I ended up staying almost until the end. Lots of clean rides there. I am motivated to mod more than ever!

was nice...and gooooooooooood.....I was happy to see ya all....although I didn't have my G today...I will get it back sometime in next week...I had fun today by being in Gurgen's car for the cruise...and being at the meet at Performance Nissan.

I thank for David and Ed to pick me up from Pasadena. and Jeff and Jason at Performance Nissan for offering us to have a place and food....Thanks all of you....

I hope I can bring my car for the next meet.

Yeah it was a good meet! Thanks to Performance Nissan for hosting us and supplying the food & drinks, Ed and the main guys of SCGOA for organizing, and everyone who showed up..

I'am glad I came even though I had a bike accident the previous day. But hey, the doctor told me to try and walk as much as I can so what better grounds then Nissan's =) If you are curious to know what was under the bandages...

KRZ: Yeah i felt it too. You are right. No offense taken. I will try harder to make it more like the October meet that we had. More Gs and less Zs. This nxt meet will be alot more organized and more compacted so everyone can chat without feeling being left out.

What was interesting is that looking at the past posts, it started out as a G meet on g35driver, then 350Z's decided to join, then it became more of a 350z meet for my350z than a G meet. Not that that's bad, it was nice seeing all the 350z's, and there were quite a few of them with some serious mods.

 

Ouch Dude I knew it was bad But DAYMNN!!! Dude I'll Buy you a Beer Next time to ease the pain. LOL

I wish there was more G stuff there, it looked like the vendors came out with only their Z stuff. How did the Z people end up taking it over?

Expectations for a successful G35 meet seems to be very different among today's attendees. Am I correct in assuming that the majority of G35 owners want a place to meet for a few minutes and then go "cruising"?

I'd like to thank Ed and all the G35 meet organizers for a great time. While I would have liked to have attended a G35 performance mod seminar... what to heck, you can't always get everything you want.

I'd also like to thank Performance Nissan's Jeff, Jason and Jenny who busted their collective butts and Jeff's budget to host a combined meet that had "grown its own legs". They rented the school parking lot, bought the insurance for the meet, arranged for several 350Z/G35 aftermarket vendors (Technosquare, Stillen and others) to be on hand and fed everyone (over 300 meals) while they were at it. (At 4:30 this afternoon Jeff and Jenny were still picking up trash from the G35 section of the parking lot. Another responsibility.)

IMHO, Infiniti G35's should be expected to take a back seat at any meet hosted by a Nissan Dealership. Does anyone know of an Infiniti Dealer that is willing to do half as much as Performance Nissan has done for us? If so, I'm ready to start supporting them and will expect the G35s, and other Infinitis, to take center stage at their sponsored events.

My bottom line... I'm appreciative, really enjoyed the event, and once again got my cruising in traveling to and from the meet.
