plenum question

soo...im looking to do some engine upgrades. I wanted to get a lower plenum like the mrev2 and then started looking at the 5/16 spacer and a kinetix up plenum. will any lower plenum and spacer and upper plenum match up? should i not mix and match the plenums? also is there much hp gains from headers or high flo cats? thanks everyone for your help!!!

mrev2 is made by motordyne as well as the 5/16 spacer its the best setup in my opinion for the rev-up engine u didnt specify if you had the rev-up, if you dont then the mrev is useless. more info about the car please

Motordyne all the way the design, fitment, quality and performance of their plenum spacers are the best out there in the market.

non-revup 03-05 revup 06+ the mrev2 would be pointless after you spend the money on it your gains will be minimal if any your better of going with the spacer youll be more happy with your decision going that route. do a search on the motordyne 5/16 space and a search on the mrev2, you should find all the answers to your questions there

kenitix intake manifold is like having the spacer with your stock manifold i think...lol most of the aftermarket plenums are made for fi applications, but there are a few good ones out there being: crawford, kenitix v+, not sure about the cosworth one, i havent actually read the reviews on that plenum. imo md 5/16 spacer with stock plenum will float your boat
