^ not going to gain but you will reduce weight and clean up the engine bay.

Actually believe it or not I did notice a difference in throttle response after I did this on this car.

GreenGoblin sells them. But you can just order an aluminum pipe and cut yourself one. The spacer goes in between the timing cover and power steering bracket. I didn't use it.

Nice pics and thanks for the belt p/ns. But a ratchet shouldn't be used with a breaker bar like that.

It's the only way to get the bolts loose. You can try and air racket but it doesn't have enough torque and you cant fit an air gun in there.

If you are doing this make sure you don't strip the bolts from the tension pulleys. They are smaller and they are tight too so they are easier to strip.

Breaker bar with the 3/8" or 1/2" drive should be used vs a ratchet. The bar extension is hard on the ratchet mechanism and could break it.

It's definitely improves the look of the engine bay with a lot less clutter in there. If you have a smaller crank pulley you need a different belt. I do not know the part number though. The DM2 people know it.

Andrei you really need to put in the spacer, if you keep running the belts with tension on them and no spacer or idler you can cause potencial damage to the treads in the block where the bracket bolts up. If you are having trouble getting the spacer in crack loose the 2 bolts that go through the bracket in the block to give you more wiggle room.
