Me and my brother ordered a set I already installed mine his is on backorder........... The funny thing is that the install costs more than the header.......

Re: DC Sports Headers MUST SEE

And there my friend is the rub. Why skimp on the header, if the install is so expensive? Both the Nismo and Crawford are made from Stainless and will last forever, well maybe not forever, but you know what I mean. And on both, the power gains are proven.

Re: DC Sports Headers MUST SEE

yeah $365 for Stainless steel headers is a deal.. Crawfords would be my first choice but I know the DC Sports headers have shown good gains on my350z.

it would definitely be nice to get the install done DIY but to save the time and frustration i'll probably end up paying the $300-$500 for install.

Re: DC Sports Headers MUST SEE

Well I order the ceramic headers for $269 and I paid $400 to install them... So I got my DC Headers, Nismo Intake and Greddy Exhaust all for about $1500 installed.

Re: DC Sports Headers MUST SEE

So how exactly do the DC headers and nismo and crawford headers all compare to each other number wise. Also, are all three equal length headers. Thanks

Re: DC Sports Headers MUST SEE

It will be a royal pain to install these. It's certainly feasible, but extremely time consuming. If you do not have a set of good tools and equipments then it's best you let the shops take this one.

I'm still debating if I would give up a whole day to do this ... if I get a set of headers.

Re: DC Sports Headers MUST SEE

10 hours?? Are you kidding me?

What could be so difficult about installing these headers? I've had some difficult installs in the past and they have been nowhere near 10 hours.
