Wow! A great HP number... and you can probably do better with a lower intake temp.
You might consider insulating your new Vortec's metal tubing. A great deal of effort goes into the design of an efficient intercooler. Might as well keep the cooled air a little cooler as it flows from the intercooler to the throttlebody.
