i noticed a kind of burning rubber or tar smell from the engine bay after a 3 hour drive. it wasn't strong, but there was a little more than a hint of it. have any of you noticed this after a drive on longer? i'm hoping it's normal. all i have is a grounding kit and a k&n panel filter . . . i tried looking at everything but everything seemed fine . . .

that smell is definitely normal if your car is new.
my car has 4000miles and I still get it sometimes after some hard driving.
some say it is caused by stickers melting away under the car
