same issue. '04 coupe 5AT. im gonna have to clean my throttle body then? does anyone have any guidance as to how? ill try searching around, but if anyone knows of a good link through the site, let me know. thanks

Just wanted to give and update.

My problem fixed its self after driving it around the next day.

I think it had to do with a fully charged battery and the brand new starter, was just turning over the engine to fast, or that the ECU was just reset and had to relearn something.

But went back to normal on its own.

 

yeaaaaah. the ECU has to learn everything new. especially if you have new mods. happened to me! you'll be fine!

 

have the the start up problem as well, car starts up and shuts right off unless i give it gas. how do i clean the throttle body and how do i know if i need to replace the maf sensor, and my car seems to kill alot of gas.

I got the same problem as well. Im going to clean the TB this weekend and ill let u guys know what happens. Ill post up some DIY pics for those who need it.

 

So my car starts up barely then dies doesn’t even get to the 1000rpm idle anyone can help I have a video as well
