What springs to get?

I know i could probably research a bunch and figure it out on my own... but its much easier to just say 'this is my setup and this is what i want outa springs" and have u guys who know a lot more about this stuff than me... just tell me what to get

I have a 6mt coupe and im going to be putting 19" gtc's on there in the next month to month and a half. I want performance all the way and could really care less about ride comfort and such. My service manager was talking about his 350z and said that people complain about the stiff ride sometimes but he could care less.... its not their car Thats how i feel too. I also would like it to be lowered about an inch to an inch and a half all the way around (i think) i just dont want big gap in my wheel well..... Give me some suggestions.... also what size rims do you guys think that i shuld get (width and profile of tires also) help a brother out. Basically the reason i am doing this is to make my g coupe stand out a little bit in my town of like 200 black g35 coupes.

2004 Black on Black g coupe 6spd.... <3 aluminum pedals, clear corners, z tube, and pop charger. From down south, houston tejas
