installing OEM front lip w/o drilling holes

i cant seem to find that thread on how to install the factory lip w/o drilling into the bumper itself, can someone please point me to that thread if possible, thanks...

anyone? please? i remember someone here did it w/o having to drill holes directly into the bumper... by using double sided tape and stuff, i cannot find that thread anywhere... help please...

I think they still had to drill a few holes, but not all along the bottom of the lip. I can't find the thread either, but I'm almost 100% certain that you still have to drill on the lip of the wheel wells in order to fasten it correctly........
