Car stuttered and dies on Interstate then started 5 minutes later..what going on??
I was on my way back home on the interstate in my 2003 G35, 5AT sedan when the engine starts loosing power and sputters and stall out. Luckily, I can pull over and put on the hazards. I attempt to start the car about 10 times. I will start, but then it immediately stalls out. I sit for a couple minutes and it starts up and I cross my fingers and complete the rest of the 8 miles back home, as the nearest shop is closed by now and too far away. The car has 82K. I have had it about 4k miles, bought it the beginning on January. Has anyone had this happen. I have never experienced this before...it was as if the engine wasn't getting enough gas??? I only put premium in the car.
There is no check engine light or any other warning.Clogged injectors, fuel fliter...what gives; any guesses?

I am at the shop and am being told that the mass flow sensor went bad and was dumping too much gas. I guess thats why it was sputtering! Air filter was soaked with gas. Looks like I will be out almost $800.[/LIST]
