Enhgine over heating help

i have a tt g35 i had a coolant flush, and ever since there has been two incedents both when the car is running on park after driving that it is has over heated. I drove a lil and opened the hood one fan was running but not the other. are both suppose to run ?? the coolant level is full and resevoir is full I squeezed the samco pipes to let out air none came out. I checked all that i could im not a tech or an expert. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

+1 - there is a bleed valve on the passenger side just at the firewall. That one absolutely needs to be opened when you refill the system. Be careful now though - if the system is full, you may have some coolant come out when you open it.

where exactly by the fire wall is it ? is it next to the radiator ?
