Coupe Engine

Alright i have done a little bit of research and i am not sure what direction i want to go with my car.

I have Injen CAI, Fast Intentions exhaust and HFC and thats it for the peformance up grades.

I am a daily driver but i want more noticable power out of my 04 coupe.

so my question is should i just get a motordyne 5/16 spacer and possibly a Turbo XS UTEC?

Or the Kinetix SSV? but i have heard that it doesnt give that much power if any. ( some one said that a person actually lost 2hp from it )

The Kinetix SSV looks sick! but that by itself would it have more hp gains than a spacer and the Turbo XS UTEC?

and no i cant get the mrev cause i have an 04 coupe (previously stated above)

how do you like the FI combo??? and bout the MREV, you can get it but you would not get the gains that the revup's do. Yes you should get the MD 5/16 spacers cause they are made for our DE engines

The reality of the situation is your not going to get substantially more noticeable power unless you go FI. The only thing left for you to really do is get the MD spacer and a good tune. Once you do that your pretty much maxed out as to what you can do NA.

Stay away from the Kinetix SSV and the MREV, neither will benefit you

Well at first i just got the exhaust and i wasnt satisfied with the sound at all. It sounded like stock exhaust but a little bit lower then i ordered the hfc and that made the world of difference. It was a lot louder but at the same time kept the stock exhaust sound but a little bit lower pitch. I love it. I noticed a little bit of gains with the two put together but nothing much. It just sounds and looks great.

and 5/16 spacer i have been meaning to get for a while.

I think the spacer would be my best investment for daily driving right?

What about the Cosworth?!?!?!

So the spacer and should i go for the Turbo XS UTEC?

i have heard some good things about that and with all of my mods ( intake, exhaust, hfc, and possibly a spacer ) it will provide a good tune for them.

Any one have the turbo xs utec that can vouge for that statement? ^

You will benefit from a tune with the Utec so I would say go for it

How about 3.91 or 4.08 final drive that will make a noticable difference.

Also a lightweight flywheel is an option....if we can live we the negatives.
