Timing Difference between Coupe and Sedan
Timing Difference between Coupe and Sedan
Does anyone have the timing maps for the coupe and sedan or at least know how they differ. I couldn't find any posts that had this information.

Re: Timing Difference between Coupe and Sedan
I would like to know this for sure as well. I have an ODBII datalogger on order so I'll know for the sedan shortly. My suspicion--based on the requirement that the coupe use higher octane fuel--is that the one of the timing maps for the coupe advances the timing a couple of degrees compared to the sedan. But that's all conjecture.

Re: Timing Difference between Coupe and Sedan
Thank goodness all modern engines have fixed initial timing [nothing to adjust] so you have to become a programming expert to make changes. Lot less of the dangerous tampering allowed previously.
