Overheating Light On, but temp does not rise?

Pretty much as the title states,

the overheating indicator (yellow light near the guage) stays on. It stays on as soon as I start the engine, and does not go away. The needle will climb to mid-level as the vehicle begins to warm up and stays there. Everything seems to be fine, but the light does not go away?

Do you have a photo of the light? As far as I am aware, and I am quite aware, there is no particular light for "overheating."

We don't have overheating temp lights. I have had my coolant temps to over 270 degrees and I never had a light, but my gauge was to the top. What light are you taking about?

correct me if I'm wrong, but that looks like a "low coolant" indicator that is on in your temp gauge area.

Point of the being is, it came on one day and never went away. Now what is the issue? The owners manual does no elaborate much about this indicator. May it be a bad sensor, relay or another sort of electrical issue? I don't know.

Like I said, it isn't an indicator. it's a symbol that tells you what the gauge means. Hey look on the other side, theres a gas pump symbol on the gas gauge. It doesn't mean you're out of gas.....LOOOOOOOL
