is your sedan 6MT or 5AT?
6MT has dual electric fans, 5AT has stock mechanical fan in 2003 and some in 2004.
I did a mechanical to Electric fan conversion on my car.

Its a 5AT....(automatic transmission) WITH an optional manual...u know with the up and down motion to change gears...i still dont get why its there....i hated using it...tried it..and wasnt for me.
Ok.....so the part with the radiator cap is on.. is cracked and I was losing coolant thru there :-( ....so now the question is. Does anyone have instructions on how to remove the radiator so i can get it fixed? or should i buy a new one?
sounds like you've found the problem (cracked radiator) so I doubt you need another condenser. you can uninstall/reinstall the radiator following the instructions in the other thread. i'd recommend you get a 36mm koyo since 1) its all metal, 2) doesn't cost too much, 3) fits good even though it has a higher capacity than the OEM radiator, and 4) is of decent quality.
i think pwr and stillen make aftermarket radiators that incorporate a tranny cooler. FWIW, a standalone tranny cooler is probably a good idea anyway. the stock one is really small and lowering your temps will help extend the life of your tranny.
Ok NOW im confused?? i just order this "03-04 Infiniti G35 KOYO Radiator A2455" from go-part.com....is this wrong then?

Im not sure what you guys mean by needing a ATF cooler??
does have this....which i believe are the two small hoses i disconnect from the bottom right? the transmission fluid one...
Engine Oil Cooler NO
Transmission Oil Cooler 14 3/4"

The radiator you ordered should work.
- description says the tanks are plastic. this is fine for an OEM setup.
- description says the tranny cooler is 14.75". to me, this implies that it has a built-in tranny cooler. that is where you connect those two small lines on the bottom.

Nice...we will see when it gets here. But again........how would you know if you need a AC Condenser?
These where my issue again:
1. Overheating started happening ONLY when AC was on (when on the freeway it was ok)
2. Warm AC came out until i started moving

AC is probably low on freon. If it gets cold at all you probably don't need a new condenser.
AC adds load and makes the engine run hotter. Air bubbles in the system bring out the extra heat. Your cracked radiator was leaking air into the system and the added heat from the AC being used created additional heat to the engine.
