Im only 17, just installed it yesterday by myself, only took me 3 hours for the coper iso thermal. So far, i can defffintily feel some power, also even after some driveing, you can touch the plenum which is a good thing because that means lower intake temps, which means less heat soak. So basicaly, this is a great mod :] also tony is a great guy to work with, any questions you have, he will answer.

Can you tell I think it's a good idea? Just helped a friend install one on his 04 coupe 6MT yesterday and he couldn't wipe the grin off his face driving after the install. He was skeptical beforehand if he would be able to tell the difference.

And the install was super easy. Total time spent installing the ISO Thermal spacer kit was about 1.5 hours. The sound and performance gain is amazing!

Thanks again Tim!

5/16s is optimal power all across the board. Bigger the spacer high rpm you'll gain power.

Mrev no, Mrev is built for Rev-up engines only (05+6mt)

If your G sees winter then you should also be getting the copper ISO thermal
