Throttle body reset/ ecu reset

So the other day i installed the motordyne coper isothermal spacer and my idel is a little bit low (around 600). I know this is pretty normal but it was at about 700 before. The other day while in park in a parkinglot, my car droped to 500rpm and just stalled on me (never happened agian). Another thing i noticed was that sometimes at WOT i get like a hesitation, seems like my rpms are "jumping". So i called Tony and he said possibly a vaccum leak and that i should try a throttle body reset. So just now i retorqued all my bolts to the right amount, checked all the hoses. then went on to trying a trottle body reset....i cant for the life of me get this to work. Earlier today i tried for about 30 mins and got nothing then i tried agian now and still nothing. So i figured id try the pedal ECU reset becuase it seemed a little bit easier just to see if i can do that....still got nothing. I cant even get the SES to blink.

Can anyone please help me? I know i can just bring it to the dealer but id rather learn to do it myself

YOU MUST USE A TIMER. TIMING IS CRITICAL.

I use a video on my cell phone to ensure proper timing.

Make sure engine is warm before doing, so that you can relearn properly.

Turn ignition on, wait 3 sec. Press gas pedal and release 5 times (1 each sec).

Wait until exactly 15 sec on the timer and press and hold gas pedal for 20 sec. SES light will blink after 10 sec. Wait another 10 sec and it will turn solid.

When light turns solid release gas pedal and start engine. Wait for idle to drop to normal. Then rev a few times to ensure proper idle.

DONE.

Wait, is this for the throttle body reset or the ECU, or is the reset for both one in the same?

That was for a throttle body idle relearn.

The CEL reset is very similar...but once the CEL starts blinking you let off the gas...wait 10 sec, then press and hold gas pedal for 10 sec.
