MPG went down after simple mods
your foot is the suspect. i get about 350 a tank and thats half the time shifting higher than needed. 
i dont always bring it to redline tho. and i only have a k&n filter at the time as far as mods. and if your car is an auto its not gonna be as much as a 6mt anyways.
