Injen SES exhaust installation help

I just installed my injen and it's resting on some black metal bar and it's rattling like crazy. Anyone had this problem or know how to fix it?
Thanks

P.S. I did it without the installation sheet because I don't have one

Hmm I just installed one last week. I didnt read the instructions but I have no rattle. I would say loosen everything up adjust it and tighten it back up.

Same thing happend to me. You need to have them ajust the
pipes a little higher, so that they are not so close to that braket. Easy fix.

Re: Injen SES exhaust installation help

get the car on a lift and loosen everything up and re-tighten in the right positions to where its not resting on that black bar piece. You should be ok.
I called my buddy at INjen and he hasnt gotten back to me yet about the instuctions yet.
Maybe someone has the instruction book that they can fax you from their recent installation ??? Anyone???

Re: Injen SES exhaust installation help

I think the problem is that the guy at the exhaust shop didn't install the small gold matal plate things that are suppose to be clamps. I'm not sure if those plates are suppose to be between the pipes or connect the left side pipe to the right side pipe. Anyone know? or has an idea? instructions?
thanks a bunch

same thing happened to me and I had a muffler shop weld a hanger in the middle and it lifted the resonators off of that cross member...

Re: Injen SES exhaust installation help

Sounds like you have the same problem as the others. I would loosen everthing up and adjust it and tighten it back up.
