Need help: Experiencing some problems (clicking, squealing)

First, I hear some squealing noises from the engine bay and I think it's the belts. Here's how they look, do I need to replace them:

Also, when the radiator fan turns on, I hear a clicking noise from it, any reason why?

Lastly, on a cold start in the morning, the car has trouble - is it the battery or something more serious?

This is a 2004 coupe with 75k miles. Thanks for the help

Yes, replace them, cracks in the belts are not good.

Thanks, hopefully that'll fix the first problem. I'm gonna try the battery for the startup, and I'll take a vid tomorrow for the radiator fan.

Make sure you REALLY tighten the belts!

I don't do much mechanical work on my car (have done things like removing the bumper to change headlights, and other visual mods).

Should I attempt to change the belts myself or have someone else do it?

Changed the battery yesterday. Picked it up from BJ's Wholesale club for $60 after coupon.

3 year full replacement, 8 year prorated. 675 CCA. Car started up instantly this morning.

Will be changing the belts later this week.

I'd recommend a tension gauge when changing the belts in order to get them to the correct specs

^ Yeah that's the problem. That's why I think I'll get them done outside.
