ok so last week, i was at the local canadian tire to fill up gas for the week. the tank read 1/2 out of 4 blocks on the gauge. so then, i went to fill up the tank. $40 into the filling the tank the pump shuts off, telling me the tank is full. so i think its weird cuz my usual prices were into the $60s as the tank holds about 72L. i didnt worry much and proceeded to start my car, and low and behold, the tank reads 3/4 full. as i have enough gas for the week, i didnt worry much.

today, after going to canadian tire again, it was at $35 before it shuts off again. this time, it stopped at 2.5/4.

any ideas why this is happening?

i though infiniti dealers close at 6 so i rushed there and it says close at 5 on the door.. reached there at 5:10.

im probably going to schedule a service during the week.

 

There is a TSB out to fix this, are you still under warranty?

so did you get it fixed? this just happened to me last weekend. same exact thing. it only filled up to the 3/4 mark. but my car isnt under warranty...
