I'd put money on a vacuum leak. Somewhere along the intake there is a leak. There are 2 vacuum tubes connected to the upper plenum, 1 on the intake tube that connects to the driver's side valve cover, 1 that goes between the valve covers and is connected to the PCV valve.

So, check all 4 tubes plus the NOS port.

Check to make sure all 18 bolts holding the upper plenum to the lower plenum are snug (75-90 INCH pounds is all).

its not going to be your cats.

o2 sensor would have a light on and the o2 sensor down stream is just for emission purposes.

all the bolts are good tested them already. i haven't tested all the vacuums but i think that its more of an electrical problem, because in the mornings and/or when its sitting for more than an hour it misfires or something.I'm not sure if its misfiring or what it is but it sounds like a subaru...i ran some sunoco 110 leaded fuel.that they had told me it was good to clean the injectors n stuff but it didn't do n e thing but give me that beautiful smell... lol .. i think I'm just gonna go ahead and go stock plugs again.i just didn't want to have wasted that money for nothing on the first ones n then waist them all over again for nothing on the stock ones..

If its misfiring you need to check your plugs and ignition coils
