it's 3 degrees in denver..

This morning I started my car and went to the trunk to load something.. i noticed that only ONE pipe on my OEM exhaust was blowing out smoke.. the outer one.. the inner one just froze to death or something...

is this normal? I thought there's only 1 pipe in the OEM exhaust system coming out of the headers and into the muffler...

Normal. From what I know there is a valve that opens at specific times.

 

is it times or temperatures?

Do you know where this valve is located?

 

It's in the muffler, based on airflow.

I'm not 100% sure the G's muffler has it but I believe it does. It's to reduce noise.
