Here is part of a post from rcaban about his procharger repair: " Heard from Procharger yesterday, Along with the impeller they recommended to replace the bearings. Other than that they stated the procharger was very clean and seemed to have low miles. The cost to repair was $795 plus diagnostic and shipping back to me totaling $920. I decided to let them fix it."

i had bent impeller blades..luckily i caught mine b4 any real internal damage was done, bent impeller ect..i took mine apart myself to inspect any internal damage..very simple internals,i then fixed my blades using a dremel and some needle nose pliers..seems to be fine now.
i do know procharger charger charges an 85.00 diagnostic fee regaurdless if u get i fixed through them or not + shipping..gl

Hey Pro G! Just remembered you had sent me that PM! Sorry bud! Hopefully we can figure out something in this thread... I've seen prices on other ProCharged cars (Mustangs and Vettes) vary from $400 to $1000 depending on what was done! And something like $100 (as stated above) for you just to ship it to them and have them open it up!!

Yea, the prices are pretty steep! I have been looking everywhere as well and can't find much info on this subject. I feel like procharger does a poor job presenting information on their site along all subjects, let alone rebuilds.
Also, I just purchased a new belt off ebay and was looking into buying a new pulley once I get my blower rebuilt. Do you happen to know the pulley : psi info? As in... how much boost will I get out of certain sized pulleys.
I just ordered a built short block from IPP http://www.importpartspro.com/st1blon.html so I'm going to crank up the psi a bit. Any recommendations on what size pulley/psi I should stop at?
Thanks HomieG

Nice! IPP is good people! Yeah... I really don't trust ProCharger at all. I'm afraid if I send them the blower how do I know it needs what they say, and not just trying to get money out of me. I've read of people rebuilding them on their own.. it's not that complicated, just takes time - either way the car will have downtime.
As far as I know I'm not sure ProCharger refers to pulley size in the way Vortech does (3.21, etc., etc.) it's more of just by psi (7, 9, 12, etc.). So I would say step it up to the 9psi pulley and see where it gets you (a little over 400ish whp) if not someone will buy it up from you pretty quick and you can go to a higher psi.
