Crawford Mods??
Crawford Mods??
With all this talk about the crawford plenum and how the crawford headers is the best headers out right now. And how the crawford cats are good and how if u put all three mods together its suppose to give u huge hp gains. I want to kno are these mods loud? i dont think think crawford plenum is that loud but what about the crawford cats? and the crawford headers?? I would think having the combo of all three would be really loud.
Re: Crawford Mods??
I've got all three, with a Procharger and I don't think my car sounds much louder then stock at all. Most people have no idea how fast my car is, until they see the tail lights! I do have the factory cat-back though.

Re: Crawford Mods??
Kevin,
Did you ever dyno the car with only the Crawford cats, plenum and headers? I'm curious to see what gains you got from the headers alone. I know the cats and plenum are good for ~15rwhp (at least with a Z-tube thrown in the mix). I don't know of ANYONE who has done the headers and reported a gain AFTER they've done the cats and plenum.
Any info you could give (even if it's only subjective, not imperical) would be appreciated.
