i switched from regular oil to full synthetic oil about 6 month ago and i def. have more oil consumption with full synthetic oil than with regular.

with the regular one, after 3000 miles it was barely under the full mark
with full synthetic, after 2000 miles it was half way down and at 3000 it was right on low.

i dont feel any performance difference, i think my car got even a little slower from a 0-60 with the full synthetic one.

is it safe to switch back to regular in the next oil change?
The full synthetic one i have in is the Pennzoil full sync 5w-30
