If there are no CELs, your fluids are all good, and normal tune ups have been done (spark plugs, etc), have you tried resetting your ECU? The ECU in the G adapts to your driving style over time, sometimes resetting it will clear things up and will make it a much more fun car to drive. Believe me, it can make a big difference.

Other than that, I noticed you have an Injen intake. Is the throttle any more responsive at high speeds? You may actually be noticing a lot of heatsoak. The Injen is an aluminum short-ram, correct? If that's the case, basically your engine heat is soaked up by the metal piping and heats the air inside the tube before hitting your engine. Hot air = no fun for an engine. The colder the air, the more dense it is and the better your engine will run. I guess that's why more people opt for the plastic Z-Tube, since it doesn't absorb as much heat. Or look at the Stillen airbox to help prevent hot engine air from hitting your filter. Not saying this is your problem, but usually aftermarket intakes on the G don't do much. I got the Z-Tube + Popcharger and can't say I notice any performance gain, just a cool sound.

(if all the mantience has been done as schedule ) then, How old is the clutch???
Does the motor sound like its healthy?? Does the cars just not move??? If so I'd say your clutch is going out .
**If the rpms are going up and the engine is responding to your throttle on the pedal (Listen to you motor and feel for it) yet the actually car isnt moving... then I'd say its your clutch

Yea, could definitely be the clutch but you'd notice almost no power if it was slipping, until it actually grabbed. Usually it throws the SLIP light on the dash too, since the ECU detects an increase in RPM with very little speed increase (I understand the VDC system is to monitor tire slip, but tire slip and clutch slip have the same symptoms as far as the ECU can tell. Either way engine speed is not transmitted to the pavement).
